The place is very clean and nicely decorated. It can host three people without a problem. It's on the ground floor which means easy access for the elderly but also quite some noise during the night. I didn't like the neighbourhood a lot but it's close to the city centre - you can walk to Marais. Public transportation is also near by, you need to change for the centre though. I missed the daylight in the apartment - windows are tinted. Ventilation in the bedroom is also not the best. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is really nice, toilet too, kitchen is fully equipped. You have everything you need. Wifi is stable. Communication was good, self check-in works like a charm. It's a good place to stay for a night or two.
