The accommodation can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.

Yes, only reservations for a minimum of 2 nights are accepted. As for the maximum duration, it is limited to 3 consecutive months. If you wish to stay beyond this period, please contact me.

Yes, you can book anytime as long as the dates you want to hire are still available.

As a rule, we agree to a time to meet on the day of your arrival at the scene. We will take a short tour of the apartment and I will give you the keys. However, if a physical reception is not possible for some reason, you will be able to access the accommodation independently, using the connected lock. An e-mail containing all the necessary instructions will be sent to you a few days before the scheduled start date of your stay.

An accommodation access guide will be sent to you by e-mail a few days before arrival.

The building does not have a parking lot. However, you can park your vehicle in the adjoining streets or in the following car parks which are located near the apartment: The Bastille Opéra Ibis hotel car park (for more information, please consult this link: https://www.onepark.co/parkings/3422) or the Ledru Rollin car park (https://parkingledrurollin.fr/en/).

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking, but the advantage of staying in a residence that opens onto a cul-de-sac is that you can satisfy all your cravings for cigarettes in peace outside.

Yes, on arrival you will find clean towels, tea towels and bed linen.

Housekeeping is usually done once before your arrival. It can also be done during your stay on your request. Each service will then be invoiced 70 €.

Yes, you can use the Internet for free. You will find the Wifi code either in the guide which will be sent to you by e-mail, or on displayed on the office table.
